Herschel Junior Walker is an American former professional football running back who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 12 seasons. Off the field, he was the Republican nominee in the 2022 United States Senate election in Georgia, and is the presumptive nominee for United States Ambassador to the Bahamas in President-elect Donald Trump's second term.
