BharatPe files fresh petition against Ashneer Grover for disclosing confidential company information
Friday, 24 November 2023 Resilient Innovations, the parent company of BharatPe, has filed a fresh petition in the Delhi High Court seeking an interim injunction against former MD and co-founder Ashneer Grover. This is to prevent Grover from disclosing confidential information of the company in the public domain. Grover had recently posted details about the company's series E funding round on social media, which violated his employment contract. BharatPe argues that Grover's pattern of making defamatory statements on social media warrants an injunction.
