Jacqueline can’t be charged with money laundering: Lawyer

Jacqueline Fernandez's lawyer argued in Delhi High Court that the actress cannot be charged with money laundering. The lawyer stated Fernandez was unaware that the gifts she received from Sukesh Chandrashekhar were purchased with extorted funds and she gained no financial benefit. The Enforcement Directorate will present its arguments on December 3.
