Lezim dance REMOVED from Chhaava amid controversy

The film Chhaava has removed a Lezim dance scene featuring Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna due to objections about historical accuracy. Prominent descendants of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj called the scene objectionable. Director Laxman Utekar, after consulting Raj Thackeray, announced the deletion to avoid offending sentiments. The film aims to respect the history of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj.
