Court refuses to act on Tanushree's 'Me too' allegations against Nana

A Mumbai court has dismissed the 'MeToo' allegations against Nana Patekar due to Tanushree Dutta filing the complaint beyond the period of limitation. The court found no substantial reason for the delay as the FIR was lodged in 2018 for an incident that allegedly took place in 2008.
