Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan have been married for over 50 years. Their marriage faced speculation in the 80s. This was due to rumours of Amitabh Bachchan's relationship with Rekha. Jaya stated Amitabh made a commitment to her. Amitabh said divorce would never happen. Rekha claimed Jaya invited her home and declared she would never leave Amitabh.
