City’s air quality “improved significantly” on Wednesday as overnight rains washed away bigger pollutants, giving some respite to the city choking under apocalyptic pollution. Stubble burning in neighbouring states also declined, contributing to only three per cent — the lowest this month — to the city’s pollution....
