Man in Barmer makes bizarre request to IAS Tina Dabi; here's what happened

While Tina Dabi was visiting her district, Barmer in Rajasthan, he encountered a villager Mangilal Meghwal, a resident of Jorpura village in the Sedwa subdivision who made an unusual request. He requested a helicopter from District Collector Tina Dabi.
