Govt's transformation of aspirational districts programme would revolutionize development process: PM ModiPrime Minister Narendra Modi has said, his government’s transformation of aspirational districts programme would revolutionize development process in 115 backward districts in the country.Addressing a public meeting at the remote Jangla village in Maoist-affected Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh yesterday, Mr Modi said, these aspirational districts are all set to become a game-changer and emerge as a new model for change.
