Bharatiya Janata Party spokesperson Sambit Patra on July 24 lambasted on Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and said that political and corrupt plot is before everyone in Rajasthan. "Manner in which Ashok Gehlot is working in Rajasthan with politicised bureaucracy, corruption and vendetta was exposed by media today. It was exposed that the wife and family of the then SOG head Anil Paliwal has business connections with the family of Ashok Gehlot. Anil Paliwal's wife is the promoter of Fairmont Hotel, where Congress MLAs have been staying and the partner of Vaibhav Gehlot - Ashok Gehlot's son - RK Sharma is associated with this hotel. A political and corrupt plot is before everyone today," said Patra.
BJP national spokesperson Sambit Patra on July 18 placed a series of questions for Rajasthan government regarding 'purported audio clip', where the state government alleged BJP's attempt to topple the government. "State Government should answer whether they indulged in phone tapping as Chief Minister and their other leaders are saying the audio is authentic whereas in FIR it is mentioned as purported. Minister for State in Atomic Energy and Space, Jitendra Singh, on June 24 informed that a new institution IN-SPACE (Indian National Space, Promotion and Authorisation Centre) has been formed to guide private sector's participation in space activities. "A new institution has been formed. It will be known as Indian National Space, Promotion and Authorisation Centre. It'll guide the private industries in space activities through encouraging policies in a friendly regulatory environment," said Jitendra Singh in a cabinet briefing. This is a part of the reforms announced by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman under coronavirus economic stimulus package last month.
