CRPF Director General (DG) A P Maheshwari during the annual press conference on January 21 told that three local breeds of dogs will be inducted in the force in order to further strengthen the canine squads. CRPF DG said, "We have the dog breading and training school at Tharalu, so that is in terms of building canines squads. They are local breeds and are also being inducted in the force as they have been found useful and are being trained well."
