PM Modi defends vaccine strategy, says in line with global norms

India’s vaccination strategy is not very different from that being followed by most countries, and there is a need to prioritise vaccines as they can’t be kept in one state to the exclusion of the rest of the country, PM Modi said on Thursday. “You are all educated people, if you study, you will find that we are following the same vaccine strategies. We can’t keep all the ‘maal’ (stuff) in one state, we have to think of all states,” the PM said.
