16% elderly women in three Tamil Nadu districts face abuse, says report
Thursday, 15 June 2023 About 16% of elderly women in Nagapattinam, Ramanathapuram and Chennai districts of Tamil Nadu face abuse and in Chennai, nearly 80% of elderly women feel neglected and their families don't spend enough time with them, HelpAge India's national 2023 report has said.
