Flash floods: 800 roads still closed in Himachal Pradesh, many places also powerless

As many as 793 roads, including 5 national highways, remained blocked in Himachal Pradesh on Friday even as many areas continued to be in darkness due to power failure. Moreover, water supply and mobile connectivity has also been hit.
