Roads have been partially or fully washed away at several places due to incessant rains and floods.
Landslides have also destroyed roads at many places.
Several bridges have also been washed away due to flash floods, cutting off villages.
Hundreds of tourists have been stranded due to roads being cut off.
Internet services have also been hit and tourists say they are unable to contact their near and dear ones.
Manali MLA Bhuvneshwar Goud has blamed NHAI for poor construction of roads.
