Delhi: Men pose as Union minister, dupe many

Delhi Police has launched an investigation into a case of fraudsters posing as Shantanu Thakur, the Union minister of state for ports, shipping, and waterways, to dupe several people. The cops suspect that the scammers use caller ID spoofing.
