3 hours after lathicharge on kanwars, Bareilly SSP transferred

Barely three hours after Bareilly SSP Prabhakar Chaudhary ordered an FIR following a lathicharge on a group of kanwariyas in Bareilly city on Sunday, the 2010-batch IPS officer received his transfer orders and has now been sent to the Provincial Armed Constabulary headquarters as commandant.
