Stuck in Dubai, ‘bootlegger’ moves SC to return to country

Stuck in Dubai following a Red Corner Notice (RCN) issued against him by the Interpol at Gujarat police’s behest, alleged bootlegger Vijay Udhwani alias Viju Sindhi, a native of Vadodara, has approached the Supreme Court for relief so that he can return to India.
