Judge transferred a week after hauling up MP govt on dam encroachments

Both members of the central bench of National Green Tribunal (NGT) - Justice Sudhir Agarwal (judicial member) and Dr Afroz Ahmad (expert member) - who had hauled up the state chief secretary and the Madhya Pradesh government over encroachments near the Kaliasot Kerwa dams in Bhopal have been transferred within a week.
