UP has drawn up the first contours of an ambitious Olympic Park near the upcoming Noida International Airport, whose development will match the country's infrastructure ambitions as it seeks a larger place for itself in global affairs and comes close on the heels of the Centre expressing its intent to throw an Indian city's hat into the ring to host the world's biggest sporting event in 2036.
