Ad filmmaker Elias Kazmi critical after road accident; teen driver sent to juvenile home
Friday, 22 September 2023 Elias Kazmi, an ad filmmaker, remains in critical condition after being hit and dragged by an SUV in Jammu. The 16-year-old son of a deputy SP of J&K Police, who was driving the SUV, has been detained and sent to a juvenile home. Kazmi suffered brain clots, broken ribs, and fractures. Police have registered a case, seized both vehicles, and are investigating the incident.
