IAS who emptied Delhi stadium to walk dogs compulsorily retired by Centre

IAS officer Rinku Dugga has been compulsorily retired from service following a review of her performance. Dugga and her husband, fellow IAS officer Sanjeev Khirwar, made headlines last year for forcing sportspersons to finish training early so they could walk their dog in a stadium. Khirwar has not faced similar action, but a departmental inquiry is ongoing.
