A 34-year-old woman died after being run over by a car on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway. The incident occurred when she was chasing a man who had allegedly flashed her. The woman's husband stated that the perpetrator made lewd remarks and exposed himself while she was cutting grass with her neighbor. The suspect, identified as a former CRPF constable, was arrested after attempting to flee on his bike. An FIR has been registered against him under various sections of the IPC. The police are conducting an internal inquiry into the delay in registering the complaint.
