Tarun Jinaraj, a murder suspect who had been on the run for 15 years before being caught in 2018, has been apprehended again after jumping bail. He was found at a paying guest facility in Delhi. Jinaraj had planned his escape meticulously, changing his appearance and using the alias 'Justin Joseph'. In another news, the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has decided to outsource the work of zookeepers due to a lack of interest in the high-risk job. The contractors will be responsible for insuring the workers and accidents involving them.
