Himachal high court finds denial of leave for NEET counselling 'highly unjust'
The High Court of Himachal Pradesh has deemed the denial of No Objection Certificate (NOC) and Extra Ordinary Leave for a Senior Resident Doctor participating in the NEET Super Specialty Course counseling as unjust and arbitrary. The petitioner, a Senior Resident (General Surgery), qualified for the NEET Super Specialty Examination 2023 and requested an NOC and Leave from the Director of Health Services. The respondents failed to respond, forcing the petitioner to approach the Court.
