Rape is rape, even if committed by husband: Gujarat HC

The Gujarat high court rejects a bail application by a woman accused in her daughter-in-law's case of rape and domestic violence. The daughter-in-law alleges that her husband and in-laws recorded their intimate moments using a bedroom CCTV camera to make money. She also claims that her husband filmed their intimate acts on his phone, circulated the videos on the family WhatsApp group, and sold them to a pornographic website. The court cites the IPC and international examples to assert that rape is rape, even if committed by a husband.
