2 stab man, tie his leg to bike & drag him for 1.5km as he bleeds in Noida

A 50-year-old e-rickshaw driver, Mehdi Hasan, was stabbed multiple times in Noida. Two men tied his leg to their bike and dragged him for 1.5km. The attack was the result of an old rivalry, and the accused surrendered to the police.
