5 years on, promises made to Pulwama martyr’s family remain unfulfilled

It was a lonely remembering day for Ashwin Kacchi's family in a Jabalpur village on the fifth anniversary of the Pakistan-backed terror strike that killed him and 39 other CRPF colleagues. On Wednesday, no one went up to see Kacchi's family in Khudawal village, which is only an hour's drive from Jabalpur, despite the Madhya Pradesh government's several promises.
