The Madhya Pradesh high court recently granted a divorce petition, stating that if a mother tutors a child against their own father, it constitutes cruelty and serves as a valid reason for divorce. The court, led by justices Sheel Nagu and Vinay Saraf, noted that the wife had gone to extreme lengths in making accusations against the husband and his family.
