HC exempts Yediyurappa from personal appearance in city court in Pocso case on July 15

The Karnataka High Court postponed B S Yediyurappa's Pocso case hearing to July 26, exempting him from appearing on July 15. CID filed a charge sheet on June 27. Accused of sexual assault under POCSO Section 8 and IPC Sections 354A, 204, 214, Yediyurappa faced allegations from a minor girl. CID questioned him on June 17.
