Maintenance wife's right, bald excuses won't do: Gujarat HC

The Gujarat High Court declared that excuses like low income or other family responsibilities are insufficient for a husband to avoid paying maintenance if he is healthy and able-bodied. This ruling reinforced a wife's absolute right to maintenance under Section 125 of the CrPC.
