No spouse can continue marriage under risk of fake criminal charges, rules Allahabad HC

The Allahabad High Court determined that no spouse should continue in a marriage under the risk of false criminal prosecution. It found that a woman made reckless dowry harassment allegations against her estranged husband, resulting in their marriage's dissolution. This judgment overturns an earlier decision by the district judge in Ballia.
