Foreigners staying back after expiry of documents not infiltrators: Kerala HC

The high court has determined that foreigners who entered India with valid visas and passports but overstayed should not be considered infiltrators. Charges under the Foreigners Act and Passports Act against four individuals from Kenya, Gambia, and Senegal were dismissed. However, prosecution for remaining offences will proceed.
