UP man raises lost boy for 19 years, held after encounter for 'forced conversion'

Mohd Rashid, a Muslim scrap dealer, was arrested after an encounter with police for allegedly converting a lost boy to Islam and giving him a new identity 19 years ago. The boy's mother accused Rashid of manipulation. Despite being found by police in 2017, the boy returned to Rashid due to their strong bond.
