'Doesn't violate principle of secularism': Supreme Court upholds validity of 2004 UP Board of Madrassa Education Act

The Supreme Court overturned a high court ruling, upholding the Uttar Pradesh Madrassa Education Act. The court affirmed the state's right to regulate educational standards in madrassas without infringing on minority rights.
