Supreme Court seeks three rights panels' views on Talaq-e-Hasan plea
Monday, 11 August 2025 () The Supreme Court is examining the validity of Talaq-e-Hasan, a form of divorce where a Muslim man can divorce his wife by saying 'talaq' once a month for three months.
