HC shields activist: 'India's harmony is not so fragile'

The Delhi high court restrained the police from arresting activist Nadeem Khan, who was booked for allegedly promoting enmity. The court highlighted the resilience and intelligence of the common man and emphasized the protection of fundamental rights. Khan is protected from arrest till December 6 and has to join the investigation without leaving the national capital.
