US BREAKING: US Court STRIKES DOWN Trump’s Global Tariffs Biggest Legal Setback For Trump’s Tariffs

A U.S. appeals court has ruled that many of President Trump’s global tariffs were imposed illegally, dealing a major setback to his trade agenda. The 7-4 ruling found Trump overstepped his authority by using emergency powers to levy duties, though tariffs remain in place until October pending further appeal. The decision casts uncertainty over deals with the EU, UK, and other partners, raising questions about billions collected. Critics warn of a “global diplomatic embarrassment” as Trump vows to fight back in the Supreme Court. #Trump #Tariffs #TradeWar #USCourt #EU #UK #AppealsCourt #SupremeCourt #GlobalTrade #DiplomaticEmbarrassment #USPolitics #BreakingNews #TradeDeals #TariffTrouble #TrumpTariffs #WorldStage #EconomicPolicy #GlobalEconomy #CourtRuling #TariffWar #SteelTariffs #AluminumTariffs #TradeNews #WhiteHouse #USChinaRelations #BidenVsTrump #Trump2024 #USLaw #TradeStrategy #TariffCrisis ~HT.318~ED.346~
