In-laws living in man's home sans his nod cruelty: HC

Calcutta High Court granted a man divorce, citing cruelty, as his wife's family and friends stayed at his house against his will. The couple, married in 2005, lived in Kolaghat before the wife moved to Kolkata in 2008, allegedly for work convenience. However, her family continued staying at the husband's residence, causing him distress.
