9 in Singapore suffer skin reactions after taking Doon-made pill

Nine people in Singapore have been hospitalized after consuming unregistered Armodafinil tablets from India, resulting in severe skin conditions. The drug, manufactured by HAB Pharmaceuticals in Dehradun's Selaqui area, was procured from street peddlers. The Health Sciences Authority has cautioned against its use, highlighting cases of Stevens-Johnson Syndrome and other serious complications.
