India files appeal in UK court to extradite arms agent Bhandari

The Indian government has requested the UK high court to certify two points of law for a Supreme Court appeal in the Sanjay Bhandari extradition case. Bhandari, accused of laundering money and evading taxes worth Rs 197 crore, allegedly did not declare Rs 731 crore in foreign assets on his Indian tax returns.
