Decide on Rs 5 crore for woman in vegetative state after 2017 crash, HC tells rail mantri

The Bombay High Court has requested the Railway Minister to consider a Rs 5 crore settlement for Nidhi Jethmalani, who has been in a persistent vegetative state since a 2017 accident involving a Western Railway car. The court labeled it a 'rarest of rare' case given the severity of her condition.
