Special family pension for kin of soldiers killed in off-duty accidents: HC

The Punjab and Haryana HC ruled that if a soldier dies in an accident during non-duty hours without negligence, the family will get special family pension. The court affirmed this while dismissing the central government's petition challenging the Armed Forces Tribunal's order to grant the pension.
