Centre seeks urgent hearing in SC before ruling on pleas against Waqf Act
Tuesday, 8 April 2025 The Centre has filed a caveat in the Supreme Court, seeking a hearing before any ruling on petitions challenging the Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025.
