Sikh high priests declare ‘religious emergency’ in Punjab, call for intensified preaching

Citing a "religious emergency" in Punjab, the five Sikh high priests have instructed all Sikh preachers to return to the state. They are tasked with adopting 10 villages each for intensive religious preaching over the next four months.
