Pune NGO to educate children of Pahalgam tourism workers who helped victims
Friday, 25 April 2025 () Following the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Sarhad, a Pune-based NGO, plans to support the education of over 100 children of local tourism workers who aided stranded tourists. Sarhad alumni will lead the initiative, providing education, hostel facilities, and nutritional support in Sarhad-run schools in Kashmir. Meritorious students will later have opportunities for higher education in Pune.
