Lucknow Cyber Cell busted a gang from Jharkhand exploiting stolen phones and SIM cards to siphon money. Thieves accessed UPI apps by inserting stolen SIMs, resetting PINs with easily guessed passwords, and transferring funds. A businessman lost ₹2 lakh this way.
