Chhagan Bhujbal took oath as a cabinet minister in the Devendra Fadnavis government. He replaced Dhananjay Munde. Governor C P Radhakrishnan, Devendra Fadnavis, Eknath Shinde, and Ajit Pawar attended the ceremony. Bhujbal's inclusion is strategic, especially with upcoming civic elections. His return is expected to improve NCP's chances. Earlier, differences existed over a council seat for his son Pankaj.
