An Afghan national, Jandullah Dad Mohammad, was arrested in Lucknow for possessing fake Indian identity documents under the name Rehan. Investigations revealed he resided at Wakil Anwer House in Patna, a building flagged by the Election Commission for housing individuals with duplicated identities on electoral rolls.
