ATM fraud, fake RC syndicate busted in Delhi; 3 held, Photoshop used to forge documents

Delhi Police have busted an ATM fraud and fake RC syndicate, arresting three individuals. The investigation began after Ikrar Salmani reported a fraudulent ATM card exchange and subsequent withdrawal of ₹43,451. Authorities identified Alok Yadav through CCTV footage, leading to his arrest and the seizure of a fake RC and scooter.
